Ok, for a competitive view on this Item... It could prove useful for many Hail stallers, such as Walrein, and all the other annoying **** that stallers use. It would give Hail a boost in it though, make it more dangerous since you got a speeding mass of Ice coming at you. Sort of.

Anyways, I think the idea is a good one, so for that reason...

i like the idea, i dont play competitively but i wouldnt mind trying it out on my very first ice team

This sounds like a rather swell idea,  But a snowmobile? lol
I'd probably call them ice skates, or snow sled (or just sled).

But otherwise from that, it sounds great. Positive (that is if I can vote)
