it turned out to be D-D! Mesprit and Metagross greeted him as a friend, but tge others attacked. Golurk used shadow ball, Reunicles psychic and Meloetta relic song. This might seem as much, but D-D took it with his amazing stats, and send it all back using magic coat. this dealed a heck of a lot of damage to all, but they all survived. this time Mesprit used future sight, hid behind Metagross the tank and used rest, while Reuni healed the others with regeneration. But meloetta, thought it didn't need the heal and immediately rushed to deoxys full force using Close Combat

Deoxys-D still hung on and then whacked Meloetta very hard on the head, knocking her out but not killing her. I used a combination of Lightning and Osychi blast at the same time to do massive damage to Deoxys, knocking him out as well. I then heal Meloetta, and she wakes up. Then, Meloetta uses a super-powerful CloseCombat on Deoxys-D to get revenge and kills him, finally.

No, no none of that! D-D is in space! Bu oh well. Another person came in the background. Also D-D is good because Arceus blessed him.

D-D then started chanting recitations and started glowing!

at least that's what everyone thought... but Deoxys-D faded right in front of everyone's eyes. It was a simple substitute! Deoxys was still alive somewhere, but nowhere to be seen.
Then, because there was no target, Mesprit's future sight hit Golurk.
Mesprit woke up, wondering where Deoxys-D was, but when he saw the furure sight hit Golurk, all was clear: this Deoxys-D was a substitute made by Golurk. He attacked using ice beam, almost OHKO'ing him, but Golurk had a sash, and was at full health.

Edit: p-B isn't this better than Rotom? we'll find Rotom later.

ok fine read my above post Ill edit the story plot; D-D is good by the way because he was blessed by Arceus and forgiven; if he does bad he goes to the Distortion World (hell)

I stood behind him and laughed. Golurk turned around and got hit by my Shadow Ball. I broke his Sash, but he was at 55% HP.

Golurk: Well done Mesprit and Melo, i thought i could be the one to bring pride to Darkrai. Alas, it is not that way. I think the jig is up, but mark these words, this isn't the last you've heard of Darkrai's Helpers, that includes me!
Everyone was in attacking position, when Golurk drew out a smoke ball and Ran away.
Metagross: Error, Organisms shouldn't be able to run away in space.
Meloeta: Shut the **** up.
Mesprit: yes, remembe Meta, this is a video game

They left into space...

As they went halfway there, they ran into a transdimensional portal that warped them to the Realm of Time and Space where Palkia and Dialga were fighting. They were in the middle of their deadly battle. And the only way back is calming them down.

look at it again.
Anyways, Palkia used a Spacial Rend and Dialga used Temporal Rend; making everything around them distorted. You noticed that there were Unowns everywhere, and you were in a void.
