Add either Giga Drain or Power Whip to the concoction and Id be happy, we arent very sure if we WOULD have Giga Drain as a TM yet either

Yeah, I'm with cofagragus with that one. Giga Drain sounds more fitting, but Power Whip is equally good. Maybe both? ;o

Meh Mega Drain seems a bit weak, but if it has Technician, then Im all right with it.
EDIT: I thought that this mon would be somewhat looking like CAP 4s Grass/Ghost Pokemon, but no, its a floating mushroom (yknow, its a WITCHeance), but I get that its not a beautiful witch, its one of those evil wicked witches...

I actually made it earlier than CAP made necturna I think, but anyway, it isn't competitively based, so I don't really want to make it more competitive with Giga Drain, also imma add Dream Eater, the only voter till now Shadow agrees
