Speed 15 less than Porygon

Everything else except Height is same as Porygon.
Height: 7 inches more than Porygon

Well I am a Poryon and I know how to work with them

btw I am really a Porygon not a human and dont worry it wont be OP it will still be Porygon but an improved form to give Porygon a niche from Porygon-Z and Porygon2

Sorry buddy, NEGATIVE!
for one, remember, porygon is the first form, it should get better as it evolves! i don't know the HP Stat from porygon, but with these defensive stats, and eviolite, it could be more bulky than Registeel/ Porygon2!
Second off, how does he change? there's no clear indication, and i'm guessing it will either be a move, or a place...
Finally, it's not very original: the design: it's 7 inches bigger than Porygon! The moves: Same as Porygon!
