Negative for several reasons.

Firstly, stats are pretty high (BST is into the special snowflake area.)
Type changes come across as awkward.
Abilities are a bit too good.
Quiver Dance is generally only given to butterflies (Lilligant is a figurative butterfly, so there.)
Not sure the concept (Bug empowered by Science! becoming a monster) is done well. Genesect seems a more natural example of this.

Erm those reasonings are good and I might have to agree :/

You may want to make the stats as such:
@Lowered Stats (Snaq edit, manipulating)
And maybe Ill keep my voote if changed...

well, i thought i removed quiver dance, apparantly not.
The 542 BST could be changed to 524, but what does that matter, it has a ceratin theme to it I would not like to change.
Recover: who in their right mind would get expium up to level 90... actually, a lot of people who can't figure out the evolution method... Maybe change that.
Magic bounce: well, not really magic. The idea I had with it is, Spidium has a field of radioactivity around it, which guads it from spikes etc... I could change it to Unnerve if you want. That's up to you guys. I will await response...

Ok so i voted positive, but ONLY when these 2 things get changed:
1. Why does it have that sky-high special defense??? Make it a bit lower and put it either in another stat or just not.
2. Change Magic Bounce.

point one: It's radioactive... how can you damage a radioactive being? also, most special defensive tanks either suck really bad, or banned, the best OU ones are blissey and Jellicent. Why not make a good one?

Point two:

1 for, 0 against (+2 wins)

also, btw, 70|50|160 defences are nothing to praise, as one EQ will KO it, not that it's typing is that good for it ( Might I remind you all, Sucker punch.).

I hope to see more prpgress follow soon.

Point 1: No special wall is "banned" from any sort of gameplay (Latias, Blissey, Jellicent, Cresselia, Dusknoir, Shuckle, Suicune, Articuno, Chansey, Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, Bastiodon, Shieldon w/ Eviolite [still has amazing bulk], are all mons with great SpDef, and just because its radioactive doesnt mean its going to get this insanely high SpDef without a hindering ability or stats like Ninjask (Speed Boost on a fast mon is a bit redundant (for i.e.:1v1)).
