Well I changed the stats and lowered speed a bit and BST by a  bit, and Def higher, plus removed Defeatist; I wanted to have variety to choose from since you wont always want a 80% decrease to your moves D :

Wow EhhhN you are voting too competitively arent you(?). The negative for support moves is really what sells it...

Honestly can everyone stop being so harsh on my Pokemon (*looks at Namine and EhhhN*)? Give something that will actually help instead of voting negative and saying it doesnt have all the moves (actually EhhhN good advice about Arbok, BUT I want to start stats from scratch. Thanks anyways). YES, I KNOW IT DOESNT HAVE ALL THE MOVES, AND THATS WHY ITS NOW WIP AGAIN! And before anyone says "Oh wait you cant make it WIP (Work in Progress by the way) while its being voted on!", I CAN make it WIP if Im changing things and want to present these changes to everyone before they start bombarding it with negatives, or I can WIP it so I can make sure no one will say any blasted junk about it while Im not editing it if I want to edit later; same case with my other mon Terradon and Temprasaur, SOMEONE (*stares at EhhhN again and pauses for 3 seconds*) voted before I had time to finish all changes, I would at least appreciate it if I can get some changes wanted first and then votes as its not apparant to anyone to respect the policy around here called a Work In Progress.

Edit for the OP: Now Atk is lowered just a bit as well as BST and now Haze and Gunk Shot is in movepool

I'm afraid this mon could be OP considering the microscope item (perfect accuracy, but locked). Aside from that, you guys all know how accurate Hustle is! this is 5% less accurate. Hustle hits quite a bit might I tell you. On top of that, cofag, was coil (a move to boost the poorer accuracy and amazing attack) needed? It just seems like a troll move. It just cancels out the drawback of this mon.
Add more moves, too (HM/TM, egg).

uhm, I never said it could raise speed. nor that it would outspeed everything, nor that it was broken (though maybe the letters OP suggested differently)

My 3 points were:
1. coil destroys the hinder of the ability, which is now taken care of because of it's removal (thanks ).
2. It isn't done.
3. The microscope item might make it viable.
