uhm, I never said it could raise speed. nor that it would outspeed everything, nor that it was broken (though maybe the letters OP suggested differently)
My 3 points were:
1. coil destroys the hinder of the ability, which is now taken care of because of it's removal (thanks
).
2. It isn't done.
3. The microscope item might make it viable.
