that aside, I think crunch is out of order. 76? more like 66?
It also learns too many moves by leveling. 26 is a bit overkill, wouldn't you say so?
The Stat split is fine imho, and so is the name. Though why illusion? I don't realy see why. Maybe an explanation would be on place? And why is it in the dragon group? I just don't see that. Last but not least, there aren't any move tutors yet. Sorry for that mild inconvenience.

Anyways, not bad for a first mon, not bad at all. I won't vote till the "bugs" are out, but I am pretty positive as of now.

Seeing this proposition makes me want to put more detail in my ones. Like, seriously, that's a good idea. Can't really explain why, but it appeals to me.

I chose ember cause it was a basic fire type move and dark/psychic is 4x weak to ember and it's the only fire move it can learn- I guess I could give it something like Fire Blast- maybe Lava Plume or Flamethrower.

THERE ARE NO MOVE TUTORS IN TERVARI. So that would leave at least a couple of moves.

What I tried to say in my previous comment was: to narrow down the amount of level-up moves, try to look for ways to remove some of the mmoves from the level-up schedule. Try to narrow it down to like ~16.

I know that some of the moves in the level up schedule (E.G. Water pulse & psyshock) are TM. Those could be just TM, and not in the level up schedule. From what is left then, try to see which ones would be kind of logical to be bred on it, and get some of those out too. so that in the end, you'll have ~16 left.
