Item discription: gives all non-OHKO moves perfect accuracy, but only eyes for one move. (aka locks)
Use: Ever thought of using grass whistle, or zap-cannon, but was scared away by it's inacurate accuracy? Then this is the item for you. It is also a great item to trick someone into it.

Voting positive as much as I hate Dynamic Punch spam and all that, I don't see how it will be that threatening, it might make those really inaccurate moves like Zap Cannon actually really good and even form a playstyle of its own.
