2x Weak To: Water, Fighting, Ground, Rock, Ghost
Neutral: Dragon, Flying, Poison, Electric, Normal
2x Resistance: Steel, Dark, Bug, Ice, Grass, Fire
4x Resistance: -
Immunity: Psychic

Possible Sets:
Vireat @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252Spe/252Atk/4HP
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
- Flare Blitz
- Wild Charge
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

A new Electivire? Gogogo.
I think Vireat will be NU, and that's what I am going to base it on.
The Choice Scarf puts up Vireat's __low__ 75 Base Speed. You should run Flash Fire as ability to counter any possible Fire moves. Iron Fist isn't effective (Vireat doesn't have Punch moves) and Blaze is uneffective (unless used with Sash) and only boosts Flare Blitz.
Flare Blitz beats the crap outta Jynx, Scolipede, Exeggutor and Gardevoir.
Wild Charge beats Alomomola, Charizard and Braviary. It's not very effective to use it against Water Pokémons ofcourse, but it still can beat out Flying types.
Earthquake beats Scolipede (again), Skuntank and Armaldo.
Rock Slide beats Jynx, Charizard and Scolipede again.

Notable moves:
Flare Blitz
Wild Charge
Earthquake
Rock Slide
Low Sweep
Superpower
ThunderPunch
