water/steel type

Offensive threat, low
Defensive threat, High
Stats complement this greatly.

I think this one is best used as a wall, as steel and water don't realy have a main catagory in common.

As such, maybe

Hochelon@ Leftovers
level:100
EV's: 252 HP, 252 (SP.)Def, 4 Sp. Atk
Nature: Bold/ Calm
- Protect
- Refresh
- Toxic
- Scald.

This set could wall the **** out of everyone. With protect as semi-reliable recovery, refresh as status healer, toxic to slowly wall someone's health away, and Scald to burn those who can't be poisoned.

But you can also try to go offensive

Hochelon @ leftovers
level: 100
EV's: 252 Atk, 252 HP, 4 Spe
Nature: Adamant
- Shift Gear
- Aqua Jet
- Heavy slam (compasspower if physical, have no info on that)
- Earthquake

An offensive set, able to hit almost everything with stab, or priority at least.
I never knew how smart I was,
until I realised how dumb most other people tend to be.

I don't think an offensive set will work, as 70 attack at +1 is just hilariously weak, however a defensive set should be good seeing the great typing and ability, it's movepool is just a bit lacking in that department, for this I feel it will be somewhere in low OU

Offensive Threat: Medium
Defensive Threat: High
Stats make this Pokemon very destructive in that it has great HP coupled with good defenses. Along with its typing and ability, it has only two weaknesses and a good offensive movepool to work with. It can function as a tank (a somewhat fast one at that)  when using a Defensive and Offensive Shift Gear set:
Hochelon @ Leftovers
252 HP 252 SpDef 4 Def, Impish
- Aqua Tail
- Shift Gear
- Refresh/Protect
- Toxic
Compared to Eneomas' defensive set, it lacks Protect, but has a reliable way to damage the target and outspeed it as well as using Refresh while being able to outspeed threats that might be able to ruin its day along with Burns. But if you want to keep the defensive part of Eneomas' set, Protect is better to use considering Poison is no worry for Hochelon.

However, as with all Pokemon with Metal Sound, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance and even the horribly gimmicky Leer/Tickle/Rock Smash, Hochelon has a choice of weakening the opponent and then knocking it out to at least have one mon knocked out of the opponents artillery.
Gimmick Sound
Hochelon @ Life Orb
252 HP 252 SpAtk 4 Def @ Modest
- Metal Sound
- Shift Gear
- Hydro Pump
- Flash Cannon/Compasspower (whichevers stronger)
The idea of this set is to basically speed up with Shift Gear where you can outspeed, then proceed to Metal Sound them and then STAB them. If they switch out, youll still hit them and if they decide to stay in, theyll get git either way. It may seem gimmicky but I have KOd 3 Pokemon on someones team using this technique with a Bastiodon
"Theres no way of changing your  fate, unless of course you're Arceus, now thats a completely different story..."
- Arceus, wait, no, GLaDOS
