mostly pokemon are important, as they are put most work into and you'll remember your better moves and abilities, also moves and abiliteis are easy to replace, luckily we have the accepted forum for this :D (You can post old moves, abilities, but there is a possibility that we'll start over with them just bcuz we'll never know the precise effect
