It isn't THAT complitcated only 2 things:
No recoil.
Lowers the users attack by 2 stages when using a recoil move.

As stated in the description it was to prevent negatives from it being op, Only mon learning any recoil moves with contrary is spinda with all stats 60 still to frail and stuff, and barviary even if it has no drawback brave bird, 80 speed is just too slow to sweep, it also got no attack boost or speed boost from a band/scarf so it won't even hit too hard.

About using the slots better, idk but tbh i haven't really seen any super items for the last months, so i thought i proposed an interesting one that would actually be used and not just left behind like a odd bone.

Effect: The holder isn't hurt by recoil (including struggle) but instead lowers the users attack by 2 stages when using recoil moves.

Why using it? It is usefull because some recoil moves are really strong but you don't want that damage gone! Especially moves like: Brave Bird, Flare Blitz and Double Edge are better and you can just switch to get the attack drop gone.
Is it OP? No, the attack drop can sometimes be fatal and the attack isn't boosted.
