Propositions / Dimension Ball

This is the signature move of my proposed Pokemon Phantasy.

Dimension Ball: Depending on the Pokemon's form, Dimension Ball's base power doubles (except in Gravity) and takes on different types and special effects. 50 BP / 100 Acc / 10 PP
     Gravity: Ground. Power is calculated using Pokemon's weight (like Low Kick or Grass Knot).
     Trick Room: Dark. +1 Priority.
     Magic Room: Normal. Knocks off item.
     Wonder Room: Psychic (Fairy in Gen 6). Damage is calculated using the target's Defense.
     Mystic Room: Psychic. Becomes Physical move that uses targets Sp. Def. to calculate damage.
     TypeSwap Room: Ghost. Ignores weakness, resistance, and immunity.

These moves are the dimension equivalents of things like Hydro Pump for Rain Dance and whatnot. They are mainly for use by my proposed Pokemon Phantasy but limited distribution to other Pokemon (like the Cosmica line) could be warranted.

Beam Attacks: Each of these has a special effect, and they toggle a room effect on a specific Pokemon. For example, if Gravity beam is used while Gravity is not in effect, the Gravity effect will be imposed on the target. If Gravity beam is used again, the Gravity effect will be negated.

Gravity Beam - Ground Type - Special - 80 Power - 100 Accuracy - 10 PP
Hits Pokemon in the air (ignores Flying type resistance). Toggles Gravity effect on the target.

Trick Beam - Dark Type - Special - 80 Power - 100 Accuracy - 10 PP
+1 Priority. Toggles Trick Room effect on the target. (First divide priority brackets. Pokemon outside of Trick Room move. Then, Pokemon inside of Trick Room move.)

Magic Beam - Normal Type - Special - 80 Power - 100 Accuracy - 10 PP
Swaps item with target. Toggles Magic Room effect on the target.

Wonder Beam - Psychic Type (could become Fairy Type in Gen 6) - Special - 80 Power - 100 Accuracy - 10 PP
Ignores Wonder Room effect. Toggles Wonder Room effect on the target.

Mystic Beam - Psychic Type - Special - 80 Power - 100 Accuracy - 10 PP
Ignores Mystic Room effect. Toggles Mystic Room effect on the target.

TypeSwap Beam - Ghost Type - Special - 80 Power - 100 Accuracy - 10 PP
Ignores weakness, resistance, and immunity. Toggles TypeSwap Room effect on the target.

This is the signature ability of my proposed Pokemon Phantasy.

Dimension Warp: This Pokemon's form changes based on the dimension effect in play (Trick Room, Wonder Room, Magic Room, Mystic Room, TypeSwap Room, Gravity). If another dimension move is used, the user warps according to the last move used. The only thing changed about the Pokemon is its type and appearance.
     Gravity: Ground.
     Trick Room: Dark.
     Magic Room: Normal.
     Wonder Room: Psychic (Fairy in Gen 6).
     Mystic Room: Psychic.
     TypeSwap Room: Ghost.

I would like to put in one last word before I sleep. Today, while working on the mafia script I have been making for this server, I thought of an idea for the game we are creating. I logged on to the server to talk to Snaq about it. I begin talking to him and think that I am talking to Snaq in one of his troll modes (which he is often in). Soon after, I am banned for an hour and then locked from talking and told that I will be perma-locked, the only given reason being "spam." This is ridiculous, textbook power abuse, and all of the people who were worried about Celever becoming a mod have had their worst fears confirmed. Now I am being crazily over-punished for a made-up crimed that I couldn't have known I was committing anyways. That's three layers of complete bullshit. If this isn't resolved, I'm sure I can find plenty of other servers who want first grabs at the mafia script and wouldn't lock and ban me for bullshit infractions (the people at Joim's seem pretty fun). Good night.  :-[

I believe there are rules.

Looking under driver powers (or any auth for that matter), I was unable to find something along the lines of "If you are in a bad mood, you can mute, lock, or ban someone without giving a reason, and when asked for a reason by anyone, you can tell them to leave it alone."
