Weather move that causes fog.
This is my vision for Fog:
Effect: Lowers Accuracy of all Pokémon battling by 10% Doubles the power of Weather Ball, but Castform stays in its normal form. Honey cannot be used to attract wild Pokémon in tall grass or in caves. Causes Moonlight, Synthesis, and Morning Sun to recover Ľ of max HP. Field effects: Thick fog blankets everything. Obstacles and Trainers are difficult to see. Can be cleared with Defog. Clearing move: Defog Activating move: Fog Activating Ability: Fog Generator Routes/areas where it is encountered naturally: (just a few appropriate areas)
This is gen 4 effect btw.

A few things more. 1. Evasion Abilities are banned in all tiers, including ubers, so such an ability or move would not "**** up ubers." 2. I don't like the buffs and changes, I'd rather just have Gen 4 style Fog, and give a generic Fog move to some Pokemon. An ability is a bit much.

Oh yah, this would be banned from competitive play anyways, so no need to base your rating on competitiveness. -.- Just like evasion abilities are banned. So it's u who should reconsider. Fog is cool as long as its just in one area of a game. Makes some extra aesthetic touches. I think that it sets a good atmofear (lel).

Hard to sprite w/o artwork to work from. o3o

Ugh, I was saying that b/c Scythclops is gone, there is another spot for a pokemon with a higher BST. And lol, better and weaker mons. All the ideas right now are so uncreative and just trying to fill slots. At least I tried to do something original. And Castform's noncompetitiveness just made it a pointless gimmick that hardly got used in the games whatsoever.

Snaq Scyth's were good mons, so these are refilling those spots.

You can think of it this way. Dimension Ball is like Weather Ball. The beams are like Hydro Pump, Fire Blast, and Blizzard adapted to be part of a weaker BoltBeam style.

The beam moves aren't signature moves... e.e

Mystic Room and TypeSwap Room are already accepted moves. They were created long before this Pokemon. Also, the beam moves may be distributed to a limited set of Pokemon, similar to how the room moves have limited distribution. Personally, I don't think the mechanics are awkward, and each move captures an aspect of the Room moves. Not to mention, the beam attacks offer a new and original spin on the special room effects instead of the currently nonviable ways that the room moves are implemented. Trick Beam makes perfectly fine sense, lol. These things are certainly not as complicated as stat and damage mechanics
