Deflecting Blade
BP - N/A
ACC - N/A
PP - 15 (24 Max)
Description - The user spins a blade or rod, deflecting Special Moves with equal damage. Priority +1
Given to Steel and Fighting Types only.
Ediiiit: As per request and myself liking the idea, it is now Priority +1 and a Move used against it will do half damage, and deflects the damage dealt.

Name - Toxic Mist.
Effect - Summons the Weather "Toxic Mist" on switch in.
Description - Makes a poison mist appear when Pokémon enters battle.
Given to only Muk and Weezing.
An Ability for the Move, woohoo. If anyone has any suggestions for a suitable name, please write it in with the reply. Toxic Mist is good and all, but I think there could be a better name. I also gave it to only Muk and Weezing as I feel like it shouldn't go around a lot.

Toxic Mist - Effect Move
Poison Type
BP - N/A
ACC - N/A
PP - 5 - Max 8
The User spreads a poison gas around the room for 4 Turns then dissipates.
Does 6% damage every Turn for 4 Turns and affects all Types apart from Poison and Steel Types. Can be cleared with Defog and increases Poison Types damage (1.5x). Doesn't force any Weather away.

Edit Edit Edit, and more Edit: Cofagragus halped me, sorta, with a new rethink of how this thing works. And it does work. Finally. Woohoo.

Weather Swap: Will change the Weather when switched in.
Effect:
Rain will become Sun.
Sun will become Rain.
Sandstorm will become Hail.
Hail will become Sandstorm.
Ok, so I'm sorry if this has already been proposed, I didn't check the propositions. Also, I might change the name, so if you could give ideas for it, that would be great.

Vhantom - Ghost Type Species - Vantage Pokémon BST - 465 HP - 70 Atk - 105 Def - 95 Sp. Atk - 60 Sp. Def - 55 Speed - 80 Abilities - Analytic/Inner Focus/DW Pressure Movepool: - Bite - Scratch - Double Team 5 - Astonish 8 - Pursuit 13 - Howl 20 - Night Shade 26 - Shadow Claw 34 - Crunch 39 - Calm Mind 46 - Shadow Storm (Hdow Storm) 51 - False Swipe 57 - Haze Egg Group: Field Egg Moves: Not sure yet. This elusive Pokémon is known for watching over small villages, on a cliff side. When hunters travel to the cliff side to find them, they return, never going near the cliff ever again. Alright so, I had the idea of the name, it's description, but not so for the Moves. The name is from Vantage + Phantom. Since, you know, it's on vantage points. And it's a Ghost. Also, please take in mind that this is my first idea for a Pokémon, so Moves weren't really in my mind

Shadow Storm (Secretly Hdow Storm)
Ghost Type
BP-100
ACC-100
PP-10 (Max 16)
The user envelopes the battlefield in a shroud of shadows, attacking the opponent from all directions.
User is locked for 2-3 Turns when using Shadow Storm (Hdow Storm) as well as confusion when it ends.
Given to Fully Evolved Ghost Types. Exception with Haunter. Ghost Types with no Evolutions will not get it, with the exception of Spiritomb.
Ok, so this was bound to happen. A move with my name. This is a Ghost Type equivalent of Outrage.
Edit: I have changed the BP for 2 reasons, 1, Snaquaza said to either change it or remove it. Self explanatory. 2, the 120 BP I gave it is quite high, I mean, it's a Ghost Outrage, but still. Anyways, it is now 100 BP.

Quick-Fire Fire Type BP-50 ACC-100 PP-15(24 Max) The user fires a fireball at a high speed. Priority +1 Given to all Fire Types. And that is Quick-Fire. My first Proposition on here, so yeah
