Umm, I dont have a TM list and Im posting on mobile, but I do know the second one will have fly, cut, and Rock Smash. They will have a very limited movepool; staple TMs like Thief, Fling, Toxic, Protect, Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Grass Knot (come on it can grab and trip something with Grass), Substitute, etc.
lol Ill add any missing info I dont know about egg cycles and such, and Evo method is max friendship

Basically this metagame allows ONLY Not Fully Evolved Pokemon. Thats right, only NFEd Pokemon. Some massive walls in this tier are Dusclops, Chansey, Porygon2, Metang, Ferroseed and Tangela. Please add more threats if you have more!
