Umm ok, I see no problem with going with a basic set like that for Route 2. It is noted, though, that I would love some more creative teams after a point in the game. I will submit a post- game trainer team for my self.

Those sets look too similar to competitive sets, and we want creative sets I think. Like a Specially Attacking Bastiodon and Rampardos :D.

Additionally, almost no trainers have preset IV's (There are some exceptions, like Cytnthia with all 31 IV's). Most of the time, trainers have 0 IV's and Ace trainers something like 21 IV's. We can do something like low / mid / high IV (or specific for ingame hidden power abuse). But arbitrary things like 23 Att / 12 Def seems arbitrary and pointless.
Maybe this can wait a bit longer until more Pokémon etc. are known.

Well... yes I understand the EVs/IVs part, and we will have a voting system similar to the 3P/3N System, but instead will have 2 votes instead of 3. I wish to see really creative sets, though (like Garchomp with Flamethrower, Surf, Earth Power and Dragon Pulse)

we should also wait with this till we got where pokemon live, like in BW there is no Heatmor Trainer in the desert

I know but what about post-game trainers that have a wide veriety of Pokemon in their team? Thats what Im looking forward to...
