reeeeaaaaaally expansive movepool, you should make an evo for this. Give it about 5-10 attack too, and you've got yourself a sellout. Positive! :)

let me just review all recent mons to draw some attention to them

Majha
Name origins, unknown, but sounds fun.
Dex entry is a bit on the small side. maybe add a bit of story on why it's immune to fire?
Stats are low. very low! Which is exactly what we need :) .
ability roster is fine, no need for change, though I personally prefer FF over HF.

There are just 2 complaints I have with this thing:
1. it needs a prevo/evo/both. I could see this being a stage 1. maybe add a fully evolved with 490 bst, and a basic with 270 bst?
2. It's EV Yield is too high, 3 max for one mon.
3. It's catch rate is quite low, yet if it has a basic, it's good.
and last, we need to know how to learn it those moves, as snaq said.
