Egg Moves: Not sure yet.

This elusive Pokémon is known for watching over small villages, on a cliff side. When hunters travel to the cliff side to find them, they return, never going near the cliff ever again.

Alright so, I had the idea of the name, it's description, but not so for the Moves.
The name is from Vantage + Phantom. Since, you know, it's on vantage points. And it's a Ghost.

 Also, please take in mind that this is my first idea for a Pokémon, so Moves weren't really in my mind :P

Problems with pokemon:
Night Daze is to dark type/signature
Ice Fang cannot be level up except Lv 0/1 or if the mon is Ice Type
Pursuit before Astonish(?!)
Too Shallow Movepool


other than that its Positive for me

This mon cant be accepted its a No Evo Pokemon and No Evo mon slots are filled. This may or may not be rejected even if it gets 3 votes positive because of that.

This guys needs a little more of a diverse movepool, some utility moves especially. This way then, IF it gets an evo (which would really be recommended), it could tank a lot of things with eviolite and hit back with WoW, Toxic, and/or TWave
