She is younger than me and cannot have a Smogon/Forum account of her own, and is not the writing type, so I made an account to let her express her creative ideas. She will tell me what idea she has, and I will post her ideas in the appropiate thread. She doesnt know much about mechanics of the game, but she has good ideas flavour and typewise, so I will have to help her finish the rest of the Pokemon. Hope this isnt too much of a problem, but just wanted to let you know for incase you are like "Who the hell is that?" and so you aren't like "****, she talks like Sadold!" and so Leviathes isnt like "I think I know who you are using, Sadold.".

Also he didnt exactly steal the entire idea, the only thnings I noticed that were the same about the original work and his idea was the fact that Jaworms name stayed but the rest of the worms were made up names I guess. And besides he used the artwork to say that his idea was based upon the original idea, but nothing else besides typing and Jaworms name were the same. What Im trying to say is that he didnt completely "plagiarized", only used the artwork for a suggestion to Magistrum to base his artwork on Im assuming and just used the typing and 1 name from it. Its not like he copied an entire thing of info and pasted it onto his post. SOP probably used it as a base to create an idea.

Sorry if Im being on SOPs side, but I agree that Armogeist was also plagiarized from DeviantArt. I did some research and found out that there is a Ghost/Steel fanmade Pokemon on DeviantArt that some guy made complete with info of moves and dex entry. I remember you saying that you were there when it was being made, but just because you were there on the old site doesnt mean you were completely in a specific conversation with the creator of Armogeist since it was the old Smogon forums and I think you didnt know it was truely "plagiarized".

Meh SOPs Pokemon being banned might be a good thing counting the fact we would like some Dual slots open for a while.

And it's not plagiarizing Pokemon to make a new game; it's simply making a new work based on a concept. If no one could base their work off of concepts from others, everything would be plagiarism.
