We hope you'll learn a lot from this article and that you'll enjoy the metagame and ultimately become a prof. Let's start now!
1. Flinchers
@ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Atk
Hasty Nature
- Flamethrower
- Extrasensory
- Ice Punch
- Thunderbolt
This Azelf is a very real threat, because of it's insane speed and it's STAB flinching move coming of a 125 Special Attack. It's other attacks are to spread status. It is also a reliable offensive check to Lucario as it can survive a +0 Extremespeed.
@ Black Sludge
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Atk
Hasty Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Sucker Punch
- Thunderbolt
- Substitute
This set might look stupid and completely unviable normally, but it isn't. Once you know more about the metagame you'll see that it is very effective, high speed, flinching and Thunderbolt add up to a great Pokemon. Substitute is used to avoid Sucker Punch and Sucker Punch to prevent revenging, but watch out, Sucker Punch is extremely weak.
@ Choice Scarf
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 Atk

- Mamoswine
5. Priority Sweepers/Revengers

8. Miscellaneous
- Dugtrio

- Sableye
All of them are only mentioned once, so they will go in the category they fit the most.
I conclude that these are far from the only viable Pokemon and there is still a lot to explore, but these are the most common of certain groups, even though some groups like priority sweepers are bigger, while groups like defensive are smaller as being well defensively is extremely hard in this tier, but it is certainly not impossible!
So go out there and have fun, or look in out Other Metas section and search other tips about Haxmons that you might find nifty to use!
